We only replace what actually wears out – the original casing, BMS, latches and connectors stay.
A 3M Adflo battery doesn't lose its value because of the casing or electronics – it's the cells inside that gradually lose capacity. Regeneration means replacing all the cells with new, branded industrial cells from Panasonic or Samsung and programming the BMS so the battery delivers its full performance.

The 3M Adflo casing, electronics and latches are built to last for years. It's the cells that wear out – so that's what we replace.

How regeneration works, step by step
Submit your battery
Fill in the order form. Tell us your battery variant (837640 Standard or 837631 Heavy Duty) and describe the symptoms: short run time, shutting down in Turbo mode, charger errors. Send us the battery only – no blower unit or charger.
Get a ready-made label
We generate a courier label (DHL, DPD or UPS) and send you instructions for safe packing. Just stick on the label and hand over the parcel – no need to know the rules for shipping lithium batteries.
Free diagnostics
We open the casing and measure the resting voltage, the internal resistance of the cells and the condition of the BMS, latches and contacts. If we find any additional faults, we contact you before starting work.
Cell replacement
We build a new pack from cells spot-welded with pure nickel strip and connect it to the original 3M Adflo electronics.
Load testing
Every battery goes through a full charge and controlled discharge cycle. We check capacity, voltage stability and temperature.
Back to your door
We pack it in line with lithium battery regulations (UN3480, UN3481) and send it by courier straight back to you.

Frequently asked questions
How do I know my battery needs regenerating?
The most common signs are a noticeably shorter run time, the blower shutting down in Turbo mode or with a clogged filter despite a charged battery, charger errors and the charge indicator dropping quickly. Describe the symptoms to us and we'll tell you whether regeneration makes sense.
Is regeneration safe for my 3M Adflo unit?
Yes. We keep the original control circuit (BMS), casing and 3M latches, and replace the cell pack. The factory safety features work exactly as before, and every battery is load-tested before it is shipped.
Which 3M Adflo batteries do you regenerate?
Both 10.8 V Li-ion versions: 837640 (Standard, lower capacity, 2900 or 3400 mAh after regeneration) and 837631 (Heavy Duty, higher capacity, 5800 or 6800 mAh after regeneration). You'll find the part number on the battery label.
Will the original 3M charger still work?
Yes. We keep the original BMS, so charging works exactly as before.
Does the charge indicator work properly?
Yes. The electronics are calibrated to the new capacity of the pack.
How much cheaper is regeneration than a new battery?
A new 3M Adflo battery costs €190–310, while regeneration is up to 60% cheaper with the same or better performance. You'll find prices for each capacity in the Models section.
How long will I be without my battery?
The regeneration itself, including testing, usually takes 3 to 5 business days. Add shipping time: usually 1 to 2 days within Poland and 2 to 4 business days within the EU, each way.
Will the run time be as good as a new battery?
At least as good, and usually longer – capacity can be up to 40% higher. Today's cells have a higher energy density than those fitted at the factory a few years ago, so more energy fits into the same casing.
Do I need to send the whole unit or just the battery?
Just the battery. Please don't send the blower unit, helmet or charger – we only need the battery for regeneration.
How should I pack the battery?
After ordering, you'll receive simple instructions. In short: wrap the battery in bubble wrap and place it in a rigid cardboard box with padding so nothing moves around. Stick on the label we generate for you and send the parcel.
What if the battery won't charge after the winter?
We wake up the dormant BMS when fitting the new cells.
What if the electronics (BMS) turn out to be damaged?
We always run diagnostics before replacing the cells. If we find an electronics fault, we'll contact you and explain the repair options. If regeneration turns out to be impossible or not cost-effective, you don't pay for it.
