Regenerating a 3M Adflo 837640 (Standard) battery at Axis costs €28 for the 2900 mAh option and €35 for the 3400 mAh option. We regenerate the 837631 (Heavy Duty) battery for €42 (5800 mAh) or €56 (6800 mAh). A new genuine battery costs €190–310, so regeneration is several times cheaper. Diagnostics are free, and every battery comes with a 12-month warranty.
What you are really paying for with a new battery
In a 3M Adflo battery, it is the cells that wear out. The housing, latches, contacts and BMS electronics usually keep working perfectly long after the battery has stopped lasting a full shift. When you buy a new original, you are largely paying for plastic and electronics you already own.
Regeneration flips that logic: we keep everything that still works and replace only the cells.

What the price includes
- Free diagnostics – we measure voltage and internal cell resistance and check the BMS, latches and contacts.
- New brand-name 18650 Li-ion cells, spot-welded with pure nickel strip.
- Original electronics – the new pack is connected to your own BMS, so the 3M charger and charge indicator work just as before.
- Load test – a full charge and discharge cycle with capacity and temperature checks.
- Shipping label and return shipping compliant with lithium battery regulations (UN3480, UN3481).
